![]() Daniel Holzman will show you how to roll a good ball, plate the perfect pasta and put together a popular party spread. ![]() This hands-on class will be hosted by the brains behind popular New York City meatball shop, The Meatball Shop, at the Institure of Culinary Education on Saturday, 14 October at 8pm London time. Not only does the festival provide an opportunity to eat some of the best food in New York, but you can also learn how to make it yourself. Hosted by Bizarre Foods host Andrew Zimmern and local butcher Pat LaFrieda, this is one for the family, with good food, drinks and dessert-making games to keep the kids entertained. Starting at 9pm London time, the BBQ will act as a closing ceremony. The event will return to Pier 92 for the 10 th year on Sunday, 15 October. ![]()
